How much will the freight cost?
Once an order is packed, we calculate the freight cost based on the dimension and weight of the item being delivered. We charge the actual freight cost, which is the same amount the freight company charges. If you’d like to know details before an items ships, please get in touch for an estimate.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, please let us know if you’d like to collect your order. Then we’ll confirm when it’s ready for collection.
How long will it take to arrive?
Freight times vary depending on the size of the items and the location it is being delivered to. We can provide tracking information upon request.
If an item is not in stock, can I still order it?
Yes. Providing that the style has not been discontinued, we will add a back order into our system, and it will ship once it comes back into stock. Updates on shipping dates can be provided upon request.
May I return the product if I change my mind?
We do not accept returns and issue credits for items on a change of mind basis. We strive to provide as much information as we can about the product before you order. If you have questions, please contact email@example.com and we will help you with the information you need.
What if the product is damaged when I receive it?
Please check your delivery as soon as you receive it. We require notification of any damages within 7 days of receiving the order, with photographs and in writing. Claims after this will not be accepted. Please send an email with details of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org.
